Based on research, organizations around the world have found great benefit in providing their employees with the opportunity to dedicate their skills, interest and time to social development projects with well-established NGOs. Partnerships between corporates and development organizations accomplish more than engagement in projects to serve the community. Based on feedback from corporate employees as well as NGO employees, this collaborative effort provides valuable personal experience to benefit the work of both sets of employees. Youngistaan Foundation partners with CSR companies to create and conduct programs that work toward a common goal and make a sustainable impact. For years, Youngistaan Foundation has been on-ground working with local communities to understand the needs of different people-groups and work with them to create effective change.
Youngistaan Foundation is a platform for employees from various companies to reach out to and serve people from underserved communities. As volunteers, employees have opportunities to make tangible changes and create a larger impact in the lives of all people.The opportunities we provide employees enable them to become socially-driven individuals who understand their responsibility towards creating a stronger and healthier society – and act upon it.

We have partnered with corporates such as Wipro, Synchrony, Dr. Reddy’s and other organizations, and have spent multiple hours on employee engagement initiatives and social development projects with corporate employees. We have also partnered with hotels and restaurants to ensure that fresh extra food is not discarded but is packed and picked up by our volunteers to distribute to people in need.
