Volunteers are an important and valuable factor in creating change in the areas of progress and development around the world. In instances of natural disasters or social change, we have witnessed the massive impact that the effort of volunteers has made on improving the lives of people. 

If there are issues that YOU are passionate about, Youngistaan Foundation is an impact-oriented platform where YOU can make real changes and transform entire communities. Over the past eight years, Youngistaan Foundation has engaged over 50,000 young people who have contributed their time, effort, skills and ideas to creating change in the communities around them.

Youngistaan Foundation conducts multiple projects that are spearheaded by passionate people such as yourself. YOU can volunteer with our existing projects or even brainstorm with us and start a new project! Even better, do both!

We believe that each individual has unique strengths and can contribute to the betterment of the world in their own significant way. To volunteer with us, fill out the information below and begin your journey to make a difference and transform lives!

IMPORTANT - Please Read:

1. The orientation for new volunteers will be conducted online, due to the pandemic. The meeting information will be sent to you via e-mail or phone. 
2. Our volunteer orientation will take place every second Saturday at 11:00am.
3. We require of you a minimum of 5 hours every weekend + any extra time during the weekday. This is compulsory.
4. Every program needs a minimum of 6 months to a one-year commitment .
5. *Volunteers will receive certificates only after completing  1 year / 270 active hours in one year apart from other responsibilities.
6. It is compulsory for volunteers to attend organization-held activities.
7. Please note that failure to abide by any of the following requirements without any intimation, will result in the volunteer being dismissed from their responsibilities.
8. You are responsible for any personal property/valuables. Youngistaan Foundation is not liable in case of damage/loss.
9. The team will protect your personal information and will be used for communication purpose only, and will not be shared.
10. All employees, volunteers, interns and third-party personnel will be required to display good conduct (verbal and non-verbal) and be thoroughly familiar with the organization's Code of Conduct and Prevention of Sexual Harassment Policy and pass its related trainings.
Please Note:  All active volunteers will be eligible for the year-end 'Volunteer Awards', held by the organization based upon their contributions throughout the year.
